  • 1 cup rye flakes
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup oat bran
  • 1/4 cup bulgur wheat, cooked
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, softened butter, and sugar. Mix until creamy.
  3. Add the milk and vanilla extract to the mixture and stir until well combined.
