Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, brewed coffee, sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about three-quarters full.
  3. Drizzle a small amount of chocolate syrup into each mold. Use a skewer or toothpick to swirl the chocolate syrup into the coffee mixture for a marbled effect.
  4. Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
  5. To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds, then gently pull on the sticks to release.
