  • 12 Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:
