Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and vanilla yogurt. Stir in the vanilla extract for added flavor.
  2. In serving glasses or bowls, layer the cottage cheese and yogurt mixture at the bottom.
  3. Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt mixture.
