Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup leftover cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken and frozen broccoli, and cook for about 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is heated through.
  4. Add the cooked rice, chicken broth, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Stir to combine.
