Ingredients:

  • 1 cup arborio rice
  • 4 cups whole milk (or coconut milk for dairy-free)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup raisins (optional)

Instructions:
