Ingredients:

  • 2 live crabs
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens (arugula, spinach, and romaine)
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley, dill, and chives)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add live crabs and steam for 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
  2. Remove crabs from the pot and let them cool. Once cooled, crack open the shells and remove the meat, discarding any inedible parts.
