Ingredients:

  • 8 oz dark chocolate (70% cacao or higher)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chocolate shavings or berries for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
