  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup sugar substitute (like erythritol or stevia)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, low-fat)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp red food coloring (optional for color)
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar

Instructions:
