Ingredients:

  • 4 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 10 oz marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup pastel-colored chocolate melts
  • 1/2 cup assorted sprinkles
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and mix in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  3. Add the crispy rice cereal to the melted marshmallow mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, pressing down firmly to create an even layer.
  5. Let the mixture cool for about 30 minutes. Once set, cut into squares or rectangles.
  6. Melt the pastel-colored chocolate melts according to package instructions. Dip the tops of each treat into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  7. Sprinkle assorted sprinkles on top of the chocolate before it hardens.
  8. Allow the chocolate to set completely before serving.
