  • 1 pound littleneck clams, scrubbed
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the littleneck clams and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until they open. Discard any that remain closed.
