Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup homemade or store-bought tomato-basil pesto
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
