Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup granola (optional for added crunch)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with vanilla extract and honey or maple syrup if using.
  2. In serving glasses or bowls, layer the Greek yogurt mixture at the bottom.
