Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the fresh spinach, banana, avocado, chia seeds, almond milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until frosty.
