Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens (such as arugula, spinach, and romaine)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the chicken breasts with the marinade and let them sit for about 10 minutes.
