  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, leaves separated
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced (red, yellow, and green)
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
