Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
