Ingredients:

  • 2 ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  2. Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Drizzle the steaks with olive oil and rub it in to coat evenly.
  4. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust the time to your desired doneness.
