Ingredients:

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Optional: fresh arugula for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Rub the marinade all over the steaks and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. While the grill is heating, prepare the garlic butter by mixing softened butter with minced garlic and lemon zest in a separate bowl.
