Ingredients:

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
