Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and Dijon mustard.

  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
