Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added texture)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the fresh raspberries, ripe bananas, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and vanilla protein powder.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. If using, add chia seeds and pulse a few times to mix them in without fully blending.
  4. Taste the mousse and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
  5. Transfer the mousse into serving cups or bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow it to set.
