  • 2 pounds boneless pork ribs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, ground ginger, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
  3. Place the boneless pork ribs in a large baking dish and pour the honey-garlic mixture over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours, until the ribs are tender.
