Ingredients:

  • 1 French baguette or gluten-free bread
  • 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Balsamic reduction for drizzling (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
