Ingredients:

  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour, water, soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
  3. If using, fold in the sesame seeds for added flavor and texture.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon. Flatten each ball into a thin disc, about 1/8 inch thick.
  5. Place the discs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the crackers are crisp.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely before serving.
