Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, salt, and baking powder until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together almond butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  5. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
