Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons culinary lavender buds
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh lavender sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, lavender buds, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
