Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) can refried beans
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine refried beans and taco seasoning until well blended. Spread this mixture evenly in the bottom of a serving dish.
  2. In another bowl, mix the sour cream with lime juice and half of the chopped cilantro. Spread this mixture over the refried beans layer.
  3. Next, layer the salsa over the sour cream mixture, ensuring it covers the entire surface.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the salsa layer.
