Ingredients:

  • 2 cups apple juice (preferably fresh)
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Crystal Light lemonade mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional, depending on sweetness preference)
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the apple juice, lemon juice, Crystal Light lemonade mix, water, and honey (if using). Stir until everything is well mixed and the lemonade powder is dissolved.
  2. Add the lemon zest to the mixture for an extra burst of flavor.
  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or a freezer-safe container. Cover and freeze for about 2 hours.
  4. After 2 hours, use a fork to scrape the mixture, breaking up any ice crystals. Return to the freezer.
  5. Repeat the scraping process every 30 minutes until the sorbet is fully frozen and fluffy, about 2-3 more hours.
