  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

Instructions:
