Ingredients:

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)
