Ingredients:

  • 2 cups seedless grapes, washed and stems removed
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Crystal Light Lemonade drink mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, to taste)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the grapes, fresh lemon juice, Crystal Light mix, water, and honey (if using). Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the grape mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl to remove any solids, pressing down with a spatula to extract as much liquid as possible.
  3. Pour the strained mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer.
  4. Every 30 minutes, use a fork to scrape and stir the mixture, breaking up any ice crystals, until the sorbet is fully frozen and fluffy, about 2-3 hours.
  5. Once ready, scoop into bowls and enjoy immediately.
