Ingredients:

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Marinate the steaks in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they are browned and tender, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir the cooked rice into the skillet with the mushrooms, mixing well to combine. Keep warm.
