Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups grated apples (about 2 medium apples)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
  • Cooking spray or oil for bundt pan

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray or oil.
