Ingredients:

  • 5 cups brioche bread, cubed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • Butter, for greasing

Instructions:
