Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Drain and chop the marinated artichoke hearts and sun-dried tomatoes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, crumbled feta cheese, chopped artichoke hearts, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, garlic salt, black pepper, dried oregano, and lemon juice.
  4. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden on top.
