Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 red onion, cut into squares
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes to prevent burning.
  3. Thread marinated chicken, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers alternately.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, dill, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
  6. Serve the grilled chicken skewers hot with tzatziki sauce on the side.
