Ingredients:

  • 4 thin sliced chicken breasts
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the thinly sliced chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
