Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can of rice, drained
  • 1 can of beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon spicy Hunan sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup frozen green beans
  • 1/2 cup garlic dip
  • 2 cups lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet, cook the eggs to your preference (scrambled or fried) and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the frozen peas and green beans, cooking until heated through.
  3. Add the drained canned rice and beans to the skillet, mixing well.
  4. Stir in the canned tuna, oyster sauce, and spicy Hunan sauce, cooking until everything is heated through and well combined.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. To serve, layer the rice and tuna mixture in bowls, top with chopped lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and a generous scoop of garlic dip.
  7. Finish with a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese and place the cooked eggs on top.
