Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 cups almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/3 cup agave syrup or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup moringa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free yogurt (coconut or almond-based)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:
