Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, softened butter, sugar, and salt. Mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Add the egg and mix until a dough forms. Press the dough into a tart pan evenly across the bottom and up the sides.
  4. Prick the bottom of the crust with a fork to prevent bubbling, then bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Gently fold in the Nutella until well combined, being careful not to deflate the cream.
  7. Once the tart shell is cool, spread the Nutella cream mixture evenly inside.
  8. Top with the mixed berries, arranging them as desired.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to set the cream.
