Ingredients:

  • 2 plaice fillets
  • 200 g king prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the plaice fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the king prawns to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
