  • 1 can (about 120g) tuna in olive oil, drained
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
