Ingredients:

  • 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Vanilla ice cream (optional for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Toss to coat the peaches evenly.
  3. Pour the peach mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. Open the can of refrigerated biscuits and separate them. Arrange the biscuits over the peach mixture, leaving some space between each biscuit.
  5. Brush the tops of the biscuits with melted butter and sprinkle a pinch of salt over them.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the peach filling is bubbly.
