Ingredients:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt to the mixture, stirring until well incorporated.
