Ingredients:

  • 8 oz dark chocolate (or milk chocolate, if preferred)
  • 2 cups pretzel twists, crushed
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup sea salt flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and half of the crushed pretzels into the melted chocolate until well combined.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer.
  5. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows, remaining crushed pretzels, and caramel sauce over the top.
  6. Lightly press down the toppings to ensure they stick to the chocolate.
  7. Finish by sprinkling sea salt flakes over the entire surface.
  8. Refrigerate for about 1-2 hours or until the bark is fully set.
