  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional for added sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
