Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Add the softened butter and mix until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden. Let cool.
  4. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the dark chocolate and heavy cream together, stirring until smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the milk, mixing until fully incorporated.
  6. Combine the melted chocolate with the cream cheese mixture, stirring until smooth and well blended.
  7. Pour the chocolate filling into the cooled tart crust.
  8. Blend the raspberries until smooth and strain to remove seeds if desired. Swirl raspberry puree over the chocolate filling for a decorative effect.
  9. Refrigerate the tart for at least 2 hours to set before serving.
