Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups sparkling water or lemon-lime soda
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange and lemon slices for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the cranberry juice, orange juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Stir well to combine.
  2. Add the grated ginger and mint leaves, stirring gently to infuse the flavors.
