Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup warm water

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried oregano.
  2. Add the avocado oil to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
  3. Gradually add warm water, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
  6. Flatten each ball into a disc about 1/4 inch thick.
  7. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
